Prior to Marist: A tough and composed left footed defender, at Commack High School Matt was a 3 time varsity starter and senior captain.  He also earned All-League and All-Conference awards.  Matt was also selected to the Long Island Senior All-Star team game.  He finished his high school career with a 31-3-4 record over 3 years. On the club side, Matt played on the Great Danes prior to Barca Academy, where he won a NY State cup championship, was a national finalist and a time EDP champion.  His club team was ranked 12th in the country.
