Volchok enters his second season as an assistant coach on head coach Erin Doughty's staff.
Volchok joined Doughty's bench for the 2023-24 campaign and is primarily responsible for the defensive game-planning and player development. In his first season with the Red Foxes, he helped coach Zaria Shazer to All-MAAC status.
Prior to joining the Red Foxes, Volchok spent three years as an assistant coach at Iona University. In his three seasons with the Gaels, Volchok helped lead them to 43 wins and 2022-23 MAAC Championship. He was responsible for the development of 2023 MAAC Player of the Year Juana Camilion. Camilion went on to become Iona's first Olympic Medalist, as she earned a silver medal with her home country of Spain in 3x3 Basketball at the Games of the XXXIII Olympiad.
Volchok was a 1000-point scorer at Mercy College and played several years playing professionally in Europe in the ABA, and the IBL after graduating in 2004.
