Started all four of Marist's games in goal.
Totaled 49 saves, with a .544 save percentage, and five ground balls on the season.
In his first career game and start, Covey notched 14 saves in a win over Detroit Mercy. He became the first freshman goalkeeper to start a game for Marist since Brian Corrigan in 2014.
Matched his career-high with 14 saves against the Quinnipiac Bobcats a month later.
Won his first three games as a starter.

General

Twin brother of fellow recruit, Conner Covey.
Had 391 saves throughout his high school career and allowed just 6.1 goals per game as a starter.
Starting goalie on Westminster High School 2018 and 2019 Maryland state championship teams.
37-1 record as a starting goalie at Westminster, his team had not lost a game since March of 2018.
After a stellar 2019 season in which he finished with a 64% save percentage, Covey was the first public school player to be named First Team All-State in Maryland since 2014.
Was a two-time member of the Carroll County First Team. Also made the PRLB First Team All-Area as well as the Second-Team Baltimore Sun All-Metro. Covey was named a Baltimore Sun Player to Watch.
Also attended the Committed Combine three different times.
Also played football at Westminster with his brother.
