Marist University Athletics

2016: Appeared in 10 games for the 2016 season, starting in two; August 26th against Dartmouth and August 31st against Lehigh. She had one assist one point and one shot for the season. 

Prior to Marist - A Cornwall, New York native and a three year Cornwall Central High School Varsity Letter winner, Cannella captained her Varsity team in her senior year. Cannella was named to the Hudson Valley All Star Section 9 First Team in 2014 as well as named the MVP. In that same year, she was named to the New York State Public Schools Girls Soccer First team. She has been a member of ENYYSA State Olympic Development Program U12-U17 and selected as a Region I player every year participating in both domestic and international competition. As a U13 Regional player, Chrissy was selected as a US Soccer national pool player. Canella will major in Special Education at Marist. Her parents are Elaine and Frank and she has 3 older sisters, Marissa, Lauren and Kate.
