Allison Falvo joins the Marist women’s soccer coaching staff as an assistant coach under Head Coach Nicole Pacapelli Ciano in 2026, bringing a wealth of experience from a successful playing career at Binghamton University and throughout the youth and high school levels.

Falvo spent four seasons as a member of the Binghamton women’s soccer program from 2022-25, helping the Bearcats capture three America East Regular Season Championships in 2022, 2023 and 2025. A standout defender, she appeared in 67 games during her collegiate career and developed into a key contributor on the Binghamton back line.

During her senior season in 2025, Falvo started all 16 games and played every available team minute, averaging 91 minutes per contest. She helped Binghamton record four shutouts while holding opponents to fewer than one goal per game. Falvo also scored in a 3-2 road victory at Bryant and earned America East All-Championship Team and College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors.

Falvo enjoyed another strong campaign as a junior in 2024, appearing in 18 games with 17 starts and averaging approximately 82 minutes per game. She recorded an assist in a 4-3 victory at UMBC and played 90 minutes in the America East Semifinals. Academically, she was named to the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll and Binghamton's Athletic Director Honor Roll, while also being selected to the National College Athlete Honor Society.

A native of New Hartford, New York, Falvo was a standout at New Hartford High School and with Syracuse Development Academy. She was a four-year letterwinner and two-time team captain at New Hartford, earning three All-State selections and helping lead her team to a No. 1 state and No. 2 national ranking. She was also a sectional playoff MVP and played seven years with Syracuse Development Academy, including two State Cup championships.

Off the field, Falvo earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Binghamton University, where she maintained a 3.73 GPA. She was a member of Chi Alpha Sigma and earned Dean's List and Athletic Director Honor Roll recognition in each of her first three years.

Falvo also brings extensive experience working with children and supporting community programs. She volunteered with Special Olympics Binghamton, serving as a station coordinator for athletic events, and worked with children at Mia's Place, assisting with camps and developmental programs.
