Northcutt attended East Lyme High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society and Highest Honor Roll honoree for all four years of High School. She was art of the Gustavo Adolfo Becquer Sociedad Honoria Hispanica for one year. She was also selected for American Legion Laurel Hill Girls State. Northcutt was an ELYSA coach for four years. In high school, she was All Conference three times, All State once, All Norwich Bulletin, and The Day All Area. She received the Lee Elsi Player of the Week and United States Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award. As a freshman, she won Rookie of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year. As a senior, she won Offensive Player of the Year. She was honored with the All Conference Sportsmanship Award, four All Conference Champions, and three All Conference Tournament Champions. She was also a member of the GCF Academy Club Team.  She is the daughter of Kevin and Christine Northcutt, younger sister to Kevin, Nick, Alyssa, Jeremiah, and older sister to Jonathan. She will enroll in the First Year of Studies program with plans to study Criminal Justice and Psychology.
