Melisa Ozsar joins Marist volleyball as an assistant coach under head coach Annie DeLoid in 2026.
Ozsar spent four seasons at Division II Davis & Elkins College, playing right side/outside hitter. In her four years, she played in 77 matches with 219 sets played. During this time, she racked up 370 kills, 211 digs, and a career total of 446.5 points.
Ozsar was a four-time Academic All-MEC Team honors and graduated from Davis & Eklins with a degree in both business administration and psychology, while maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
A native of Antalya, Turkey, Ozsar played for Antalyaspor before coming to the United States. She also spent time on the Turkish National Beach Volleyball team, representing Turkey at the U18 European Beach Volleyball Championships and the Balkan Beach Volleyball Championships.
As a graduate assistant for the Red Foxes, Ozsar is pursuing a Master of Science in information systems with a concentration in management.
