Accolades: MAAC All-Academic Team
  • Played in all four of Marist's matches, appearing in 14 sets. 
  • Totaled 17 kills, 11 digs, 10 total blocks, and four service aces.
 
2019 Freshman Year
Accolades: MAAC All-Rookie Team
  • Played in 27 matches, appearing in 96 sets.
  • Smacked a career-high 16 kills against Saint Peter's on 10/27.
  • Had a career-best eight total blocks on 10/9 against Quinnipiac.
  • Her .833 hitting percentage back on 10/19 against Iona finished the season as tied for the second highest hitting percentage (minimum 18 attempts) in the entire NCAA.
  • Finished the season ranked second in the MAAC with a .352 hitting percentage.
  • For the season, had 153 kills and 1.74 kills per set.
  • Led the team with 26 service aces, and was third on the team with 59 total blocks. 
 
General
Murray is a middle blocker from Appleton, Wisconsin who was selected to the All-Conference First Team as a junior and senior in high school. She was the St. Francis Xavier Offensive MVP as a junior, and overall MVP as a senior, as well as the Bay Conference Player of the Year. Murray's father played baseball at Marquette University. Gabby is majoring in business administration and marketing with the career goal of marketing music.
