Prior to Marist: Lahey led her club team to a second-place finish at the 2011 AAU National Championship and was named an All-American. She was a member of the 2009 Ohio Valley Region High Performance Team that participated in the USA Volleyball High Performance Championships. Lahey was chosen as a First Team All-League and All-County selection in 2010 and 2011, a First Team All-District selection in 2011, and a Second Team All-District selection in 2010. Selected as a member of the 2011 Under Armour Girls High School All-America Watch List, Lahey was also her high school's co-captain her junior and senior year.
