GENERAL
Perini is a transfer sophomore from American International College, where she played middle blocker. As a freshman in 2017, Perini was an NE10 All-Rookie Team selection, accumulating 50 total blocks and 142 kills. Last season, she stepped up her defensive production, totaling 80 blocks, while adding 141 kills. Originally from Brazil, Perini placed second in various tournaments, including the 2014 and 2015 Rio de Janeiro State Championship and the 2014 Cidade Maravilhosa Cup, while in high school.
