BALTIMORE, Md.--The Marist women's swimming and diving team won two of three opponents in a four team, two day meet at Loyola College. The Red Foxes knocked off MAAC foe Loyola 190-180 and beat Drexel 223-144. The Red Foxes (4-3, 3-1 MAAC) fell to Delaware 226-144.
Sophomore Jenell Walsh-Thomas (Medford, N.J.) had Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference season best times in the 500 and 1650 yard freestyle events. Walsh-Thomas finished the 500 in 5:06.19 and the 1650 17:39.64.
Sandra Bujalski (Thomaston, Conn.) won the 100 yard butterfly with a time of :58.66.
Melissa Mangona (Saratoga Springs, N.Y.) came in second in both the one and three meter diving events (1M 236.45, 3M 268.50)
The Red Foxes next meet will be home on January 12th, versus Lehigh.
