Final Stats

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - The Marist men's tennis team earned a 7-0 victory over Loyola in a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference contest at the Marist Tennis Pavilion on Sunday. It was the fourth consecutive match the Red Foxes won by a 7-0 score.

Freshman Ray Josephs (Rose Valley, Pa.) at fifth singles. Senior Pedro Genovese (Asuncion, Paraguay) posted a 6-1, 6-0 victory at first singles as the Red Foxes did not drop a set in any of the singles contests. Marist also swept the three doubles matches to earn the doubles point.

With the win, Marist improved to 11-2 on the season and 4-0 in MAAC competition. The Red Foxes will return to action on Tuesday with a 3 p.m. match at Fairfield.
