Final Stats

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Marist women's soccer team suffered a 1-0 loss at Lehigh on Friday, as the Red Foxes fell to 1-1 on the season. Junior goalkeeper Caitlin Nazarechuk (Ringwood, N.J.) kept Marist in the game by making seven saves.

At the 22:26 mark, Lehigh's Jen Fetsick scored the only goal of the game, which came on a header off a free kick from Michaela Pawlewicz. For the game, Lehigh held a 5-0 edge in corner kicks, a 9-2 advantage in shots on goal and a 17-5 edge in shots.

Freshman Merrilynn Esteve (Morristown, N.J.) led Marist with a pair of shots, one of which was on goal.

Marist will return to action on Sunday, when the Red Foxes play their home opener against Albany at 1 p.m. at Vassar College.
