POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y.-- The Marist women's swimming and diving team rolled to a 128-104 victory over Lehigh after a five week break from competition. Sandra Bujalski (Thomaston, Conn.), Jamie Falco (North Haven, Conn.), and Jenell Walsh-Thomas (Medford, N.J.) all won two events for the Red Foxes (5-3).

Bujalski won the 200 yard freestyle (1:58.31) and the 200 yard butterfly (2:10.39). Falco won both sprint freestyle events. She won the 50 with a time of :25.55 and the 100 with a time of :55.04.

Walsh-Thomas continued her strong performances in the distance freestyle events. She won the 1650 yard freestyle (17:56.16), and the 500 yard freestyle with a time of 5:17.56.

Senior Melissa Mangona (Saratoga Springs, N.Y.) won both diving events for the Red Foxes. On the 3 meter board she scored a 290.40, and on the 1 meter board she scored a 260.48.

Emily Hammang (Barrington, R.I.) had three different second place finishes for the Red Foxes (500 and 1650 freestyles, 200 yard backstroke).

Marist will travel to Southern Connecticut State University on January 19 for their next meet.
