FARMVILLE, Va. -- The Marist baseball team's game at Longwood on Friday will now start at 1 p.m., two hours earlier than its initially scheduled time due to impending inclement weather. The game marks the opener of a four-game series between the Red Foxes and the Lancers, which will continue with a doubleheader on Saturday and a single game on Sunday.

Junior right-hander Kyle Putnam (New Windsor, N.Y.) will start for the Red Foxes in Friday's game, and will be opposed by junior right-hander Chris Briere.
