ST. LOUIS, Mo. -  A total of 27 Marist football players were named to the Pioneer Football League (PFL) Academic Honor Roll on Tuesday. PFL athletic directors and coaches established the honor roll as a way to recognize the league's outstanding student-athletes. The academic honor roll consists of student-athletes who participated in football at member institutions during the fall semester and posted a 3.0 grade-point average or higher during the semester while enrolled full-time in accordance with NCAA rules.

Junior safety Tyler Ramsey (Southbridge, Mass.), a Second Team All-PFL Academic Team selection this year, was named to the honor roll for the third time in his career. The list of two-time Marist honorees now includes sophomore offensive lineman Brandon Castelbuono (Wayne, N.J.), senior linebacker Ryan Cronan (Hampton, N.H.), junior defensive back Chad Dubiel (Cicero, N.Y.), sophomore linebacker Dave Incle (Aberdeen, N.J.), sophomore offensive lineman Jack Meussner (Wyckoff, N.J.), sophomore wide receiver T.J. O'Connell (Springfield, Va.) and sophomore wide receiver Timothy Wine (Northport, N.Y.)
