CENTERVILLE, Mass. – Freshman Megan Berardelli (Ambler, Pa.) received the Corvias Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference Division I Metro/Upstate Diver of the Week award, the conference announced Dec. 10. Berardelli earned the award shortly after being named the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Women's Diver of the Week.

At the H2ounds Invitational, Berardelli's top two finishes in both diving events led the Red Foxes to one-sided victories over MAAC foes Iona (247-117) and Saint Peter's (250-110). She finished second in the 1-meter dive with 223.00 points Dec. 5 and claimed the top spot in the 3-meter event, scoring 272.55 points the following day.

Berardelli also took first place in the 3-meter dive in Marist's 177-115 win over Fairfield on Nov. 8.

The Red Foxes remain unbeaten against MAAC squads this season and have an overall record of 5-2. Marist will take on non-conference opponent Southern Connecticut State in its next dual meet at 1 p.m. Jan. 10 in McCann Natatorium.
