Junior Dave Scarcello (Buffalo, N.Y.) had an incredible game in the net, notching 15 saves.

Nesmith opened up the game with a quick goal at the 12:15 mark to give the Red Foxes a 1-0 lead. Siena scored five straight goals to take a 5-1 lead with 8:58 remaining in the second quarter.

Despite a four goal deficit, Marist fought back, scoring the next four goals to tie the game at five-all with 10:28 left in the third quarter. Radin and Nesmith traded scores, with junior Mike Begley (Brookeville, Md.) and senior Gannon Osborn (Canandaigua, N.Y.) each assisting one of Nesmith's.

Siena scored goal to go back on top at the 5:26 mark but the glory was short lived as Radin netted his third goal of the game to tie it at six. The Saints netted back-to-back goals to take an 8-6 lead early in the fourth quarter. Consecutive goals by Radin and Nesmith knotted the score at eight heading into the final 10 minutes of action. Siena netted one last goal at the 9:12 mark to take its final 9-8 lead.
