POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist volleyball team and Head Coach Lauren Amundson have announced the lineup of opponents for the 2015 season. The Red Foxes will play 29 games, including 13 in McCann Arena.

Marist opens the regular season at the Lamar Invitational from Aug. 28-29. The Red Foxes face off against Alabama Birmingham at 2 p.m., and Texas Southern at 5 p.m. on Aug. 28, before taking on the host Lamar the following day.

The Red Foxes will head to the Crosstown Tournament from Sept. 4-5, and will then travel play a single game at Army West Point on Wednesday, Sept. 9 at 7 p.m.

Marist opens its home schedule with a six-game home stand beginning with Bryant on Friday, Sept. 11 at 5 p.m. The Red Foxes will continue its non-conference schedule with two home games on Saturday, Sept. 12 against La Salle at 1:30 p.m., and Bucknell at 7 p.m.

The Red Foxes kick off their Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) schedule at McCann Arena. They will host Manhattan on Saturday Sept. 19 at 1 p.m., before facing off against Iona the following day at 1 p.m. They will finish their six-game home stand with NJIT on Wednesday, Sept. 23 at 7 p.m.

Marist will hit the road for a four-game stretch against Rider, Saint Peter's, Canisius and Niagara, before hosting two more MAAC matchups at McCann Arena. The Red Foxes will then host Quinnipiac and Fairfield on the weekend of Oct. 10-11, before traveling to Quinnipiac on Wednesday, Oct. 14 at 7 p.m., and Siena on Saturday, Oct. 17 at 1 p.m.

The Red Foxes return home on Saturday, Oct. 24 to face off against Saint Peter's at 1 p.m. The following day they will take on Rider at 1 p.m.

Marist hits the road for the final time for a three-game stretch to battle Iona on Saturday, Oct. 31 at 1 p.m., Manhattan on Sunday Nov. 1 at 1 p.m. and Fairfield on Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 7 p.m.

The Red Foxes will close out its home and regular season schedule during a three-game stretch. On Saturday, Nov. 7 they will play Niagara at 1 p.m., before taking on Canisius at 1 p.m. the following day. The Red Foxes will play Siena on Saturday, Nov. 14 at 1 p.m. for Senior Day on the final day of the regular season.

Marist looks to redeem its regular season championship title, as the Red Foxes look to return to the MAAC Championship Finals.
