POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist football team will play its home finale on Saturday, when the Red Foxes (3-6 overall, 2-4 Pioneer Football League) host Morehead State (3-6, 2-4) at Tenney Stadium. Kickoff is set for noon.
Prior to the contest, Marist will honor its senior class. A total of 18 players will be recognized, along with the program's senior athletic training students and managers.
Offensively, six Red Foxes - wide receivers
Bryan Bradshaw,
Lawrence Dickens,
Jordan Garofalo,
Christian Keenan; offensive lineman
Joe Fraccaroli; and quarterback
Mike White - will be walking in the ceremony. Bradshaw has been named to the PFL Academic Honor Roll twice, and Garofalo has been honored once. Dickens has tallied over 3,000 career all-purpose yards. Keenan scored touchdowns in the last three games of last season, including a game-winner at Stetson. Fraccaroli has started 20 straight games at left guard. White holds the program's career records for completions, attempts, and passing yards.
A total of nine Red Foxes on the defensive side of the ball will be recognized prior to the game.
Brian Doxsey is a two-year member of the program at linebacker.
Connor Kamczyc is a four-year member of the program at linebacker who made his first career start earlier this season.
Enmanuel Soriano has set career highs in tackles, tackles for loss, and forced fumbles this season while seeing time at end and tackle.
Quinn McGinley has been a solid contributor the past four seasons at defensive end.
Eric Taylor is a two-year starter at defensive end with 70 career tackles. Safety
Jordyn Jean-Felix was named PFL Honorable Mention last year and has five career interceptions. Linebacker
Willie Barrett was named Second Team All-PFL last year, and was named PFL Defensive Player of the Week earlier this season. Linebacker
Ruben Avalos III is a team captain who has 146 career tackles. Safety
Wesley Beans is also a captain who ranked in the top of the Football Championship Subdivision last season with six interceptions.
Three specialists – long snapper
Nick Mecca, kicker
Joe Giglio, and long snapper
Chris Apicella – will be participating in Senior Day ceremonies. Mecca has served as the Red Foxes' primary long snapper for the past four seasons, and has played in 38 career games. He earned Second Team All-PFL honors last season, and is tied for the team lead with six special teams tackles this season. He also recovered a fumble in Marist's victory at Davidson this season. Giglio, a three-time selection to the PFL Academic Honor Roll, has taken over the team's place-kicking duties this season and is 6-for-8 on field goal attempts. Apicella has contributed as a long snapper and on kick coverage units, and was CoSIDA First Team Academic All-District last season.
About Morehead State
The Eagles are coming a bye week. They suffered a 63-32 loss at Valparaiso in the most recent outing on Oct. 28. Under the direction of fifth-year head coach Rob Tenyer, Morehead State leads the PFL in both kickoff return and punt return average, and ranks second in passing offense and passing defense.

The Red Foxes will close out the 2017 season on Saturday, Nov. 18 at San Diego. The Toreros (7-2, 6-0) have already clinched a share of the PFL championship.
