VESTAL, New York – The men's swimming and diving team cruised to a 209.5-90.5 victory over Binghamton Thursday afternoon.
The men's A and B 400 freestyle relay teams came in first and second respectively.
Daniel Knoll,
Diego Faucher,
Michael Valceanu and
Miguel Madeira were part of the first place squad.
Evan Nilsson claimed victory in the 1000 freestyle (9:34.27) 100 back (52.63) and 200 back (1:52.51).
Jackson Klarsfeld had another strong event, winning the 200 IM (1:59.29) and 200 breaststroke (2:10.40).
Senior
Peter Gallino came out on top of both the 1 M (279.60) and 3 M (307.88).
Notes
- The men's team went 1-2-3 in four events this meet: 1000 yard freestyle, 500 yard freestyle, 200 yard freestyle and 100 fly.
- The Red foxes claimed first in every individual freestyle race except the 50.
- The men also won the 200 medley relay with Robert McDowell. Edward Oser, Michael Valceanu and Daniel Knoll all swimming on the winning team.
