POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The women's swimming and diving team lost to Boston College 166-134 at Friday evening at McCann Natatorium.
 
Marist's A squad came from behind to take second in the 400 yard freestyle relay. The squad consists of Deirdre Connor, Kimberly Chan, Melanie Newton and Sarah Nestrowitz.
 
Georgenne Zimmerman had a repeat performance from yesterday's meet, winning the 100 breast (1:07.30), 200 (2:26.73) breast and 200 IM (2:11.77) Nestrowitz added a win in the 500 free (5:12.42).
 
Diving gave Marist a 1-2-3 finish in the 1 meter with Esabelle Gervasio and Lauren Katz tying for first (251.02) and Grace Reeves coming in third. Gervasio and Katz took first and second in the 3 meter respectively.
 
Notes

• The women also had a second play finish in the 200 yard medley relay from Marist's A squad
• Heather Hartmann, Shannon Gordon and Melanie Newton went 1-2-3 in the 1000 yard freestyle.
• Georgia Goldman added a second place finish in the 100 yard backstroke.
