POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - The Marist volleyball team will continue its home stand as they host Quinnipiac on Wednesday, October 10th at 7:00 P.M.
On Sunday, the Red Foxes lost to Iona College 3-1. Junior Nikki Deserpa and sophomore
Sarah Austin led the team with 17 kills each. Senior setter
Taylor van der Biezen led the team with 39 assists. The Red Foxes record is now 6-2 in MAAC play and 9-9 overall.Â

The Bobcats come in with a 2-5 record in the MAAC and are 3-14 overall. They are on a three-game losing skid, falling to Canisius, Niagara, and Fairfield all on the road. In the last matchup vs. Canisius, Maggie Baker led with 12 kills. Alejandra Rodriguez had the lone service ace.
Senior
Taylor van der Biezen is one service ace shy of reaching 100 career aces. The setter will reach top ten in program history with 107. Earlier in the season, van der Biezen had seven aces against Niagara, tied for fourth most in a single match.
