POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – Marist swimming and diving will wrap up fall competition with the H2hounds invitational hosted by Loyola Maryland. The meet will take place from November 30 to December 1.

The men dominated Fairfield 172-82.
Daniel Knoll had another stellar performance in the pool, winning the 200- and 400 meter freestyles.
Raislan Aiken picked up wins in the 1- and 3-meter dives and was named Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference diver of the week for his performance.

The women fell to the MAAC defending champs 194.5-105.5.
Grace Reeves won the 3-meter dive, earning MAAC Diver of the Week recognition in the process.
Juliet Nowak had an excellent day in the pool, posting victories in 100- and 200-meter backstrokes.

This will be a championship style dual meet with three sessions, one Friday evening and two Saturday. The heats are all final results. Marist will compete against MAAC opponent Iona, Loyola Maryland, Howard University and Mount Saint Mary's. This is the first time Marist will have competed against Howard.

If Head Coach
Larry VanWagner beats six teams this weekend, he will have earned his 400
th career meet victory. The longest tenured coach at Marist, VanWagner earned the 40 year Distinguished Service Award from the College Swimming and Collegiate Athletics Association.
