POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - Marist women's basketball (11-5, 3-1 MAAC) welcomes Monmouth (5-9, 1-2 MAAC) to McCann Arena at 7 p.m. on Jan. 15. The first of a three-game homestand will be broadcast on ESPN3.

- The Red Foxes defeated Fairfield (3-11, 1-3 MAAC) on the road, 56-46, to move to third in the MAAC standings.
- Alana Gilmer led the team in scoring with 16 points, four rebounds and three steals.
- Rebekah Hand notched her second double-double of the season with 14 points, 10 rebounds and an assist.
- Marist's 11 steals were a season-high.
- Monmouth is coming off of a 67-38 loss to MAAC-leaders Quinnipiac on Jan. 12.
- Sierra Green is the lone Hawk averaging double-digit scoring with 14.7 per game.
- Emani Clough averages 9.3 points per game to compliment Green.
- Head Coach Jody Craig is in her second year at the helm of the women's team, with a career record of 13-22.
- Marist is 22-20 all-time with Monmouth, winning the last contest 69-46 in December of 2017.
- Rebekah Hand leads the NCAA in free-throw percentage (96.4). She has made 44 consecutive free throws dating back to Nov. 18.
- Hand currently has 1,213 career points, which is 11th all-time at Marist. She is just 7 points away from sole possession of 10th place all-time.
- Alana Gilmer (41.5) and Hand (40.6) rank first and second in the MAAC in three-point percentage.
- Grace Vander Weide sits at second in the conference in assists per game (4.1), while Allie Best sits in fifth (3.1).
The Red Foxes stay at home to welcome Siena (7-8, 3-1 MAAC) on Jan. 17. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
