Men's Tennis Set For Busy Weekend

Marist Will Face Radford, College of Charleston and the Citadel

POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist men's tennis team will travel south this weekend, facing Radford on March 15, College of Charleston on March 16 and the Citadel on March 17.
 
LAST TIME OUT
The Red Foxes won 4-0 vs Fairfield University during their first game of the Yale invitational but then lost their second game 4-0 to Yale and third game 4-1 to NJIT. Jack Sequerth and Carlos Moreno won from the third doubles spot against both Fairfield and NJIT and took Yale down to the wire.
 
SCOUTING THE COMPETITION
Radford is 6-2 on the season, 1-0 in conference play and 4-0 at home this season. They are coming off a loss to College of Charleston 5-2. Before the loss Radford was on a five game winning streak.

College of Charleston has been dominate this season with a 13-2 record. The only losses they have faced this season was a loss to Virginia Tech to open up the season and a loss to James Madison. Benedikt Henning is 12-0 in singles play this season from the number one single's spot.
 
The Citadel has had a busy spring thus far and sits at 8-17 overall. Several of the losses have come to top ranked opponents including South Carolina, Tennessee and UPenn.
 
UP NEXT
Marist will start MAAC competition on Saturday, March 23 when they take on Niagara.
