EDISON, NJ – The men's lacrosse game between Marist College and
Canisius College on April 26 in Buffalo, New York will air on
ESPNU at 4 p.m.
Marist (5-5, 3-1
MAAC) and
Canisius (7-5, 3-1) are part of a three-way tie for second in the
MAAC with Quinnipiac University at 3-1, which is a half-game behind first-place Detroit Mercy at 4-1.
Canisius won the
MAAC Title in 2018 with a 10-9 overtime win over Detroit Mercy. Marist will host this season's
MAAC Championship, which will be May 2 & 4 at
Tenney Stadium at
Leonidoff Field in Poughkeepsie, New York.
Marist has surrendered the second-fewest goals (102) in the
MAAC this season while
Canisius has scored the second-most (134). Brad Nordstrom of
Canisius sits second in the
MAAC in save percentage at .549. Marist's Jake
MacGregor is right behind with a .548 save percentage.
