Marist has won five of their last seven games, including wins over top-MAAC teams such as Canisius and Manhattan. Armitage has been instrumental in many of those victories, averaging 2.7 RBIs and a double over the past three games.
"We are a very tight group that is starting to come together and connect, which allows us to be confident going into the weekend," said Armitage. "We're having a lot of fun and I'm excited to attack the back half of our schedule with these guys. If we are able to play hard defense, make pitches, and compete, it'll be a very fun weekend for us."
