"We made it harder than it needed to be, but a win's a win. We talked about keeping a clean sheet as a goal for the game, and I'm happy we were able to do that," reflected Head Coach Matt Viggiano. "It's not easy to score a goal in soccer, and that's why you see people celebrate the way that they do. We just have to continue to play with a little more urgency, but I think our skills really showed tonight. As we build as a team and get more comfortable in front of the net, hopefully the goals will continue to come."Â
The Red Foxes continue their homestand on Wednesday against Albany (1-3). Kick off is set for 7 p.m.
