Women's Soccer Falls To Lafayette On The Road

Renaud ties career-high in saves, Prevosto extends goal streak.

EASTON, Pennsylvania – Marist Women's Soccer got a second-half goal from redshirt sophomore midfielder Kristen Prevosto, but Lafayette pulled ahead less than 10 minutes later to snag a 2-1 win over Marist on Sunday afternoon.
 
The Red Foxes drop their second-straight, putting their record at 3-4. The Leopards jump over .500 at 4-3-1 with the result.
 
THE SUMMARY
  • Junior goalkeeper Abigail Renaud went to work quickly, making two saves in the first three minutes of the game.
  • In the 12th minute, Lafayette's Abbie Bresnahan finished a Riley Dowd across over Renaud to make it 1-0.
