PRINCETON, New Jersey – The Marist men's basketball team lost 80-61 on the road to Princeton of the Ivy League on Wednesday night to fall to 1-2 on the season.

• Princeton got out to an early 5-0 lead, but Ricardo Wright answered with four straight points to get the Red Foxes started.
• At the under 12 media timeout, Princeton led Marist 16-9.
• Princeton continued its hot shooting midway through the first half, knocking down three more from deep to give themselves a 25-13 lead.
• At the under four media timeout, the Tigers maintained a 34-20 lead over Marist.
• Princeton took a 42-25 lead into the half. Wright led the Red Foxes with nine points, while Jaelin Llewellyn had 11 points for the Tigers in the first half

• Ituka (13 points), Wright (12 points), and Samkelo Cele (10 points) scored in double figures for the Red Foxes.
• Jaelin Llewellyn had a game-high 17 points to lead Princeton.
• Victor Enoh led Marist with seven rebounds in 19 minutes off the bench.
• Marist shot .361 (26-for-72) from the field and .300 (6-for-20) from three. Princeton shot .537 (29-for-54) from the field and .464 (13-for-28) from three.
