Marist Wraps Up Regular Season With Third Straight Win

Wright Tallies 19 Points, Eight Rebounds In Triumph Over Quinnipiac

POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist men's basketball team closed out the regular season with its third straight victory, a 65-52 triumph over Quinnipiac at McCann Arena on Monday night.

  • Marist held Quinnipiac to one field goal in the first 5:26, and grabbed a three-point lead on two occasions.
  • Savion Lewis had two layups in a 21-second span, which gave Quinnipiac a 16-12 lead at the 7:27 mark of the first half and forced a Marist timeout.
