POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist swimming and diving programs ushers in a new era in program history in three weeks, as the Red Foxes return to competition in October.

This year will mark the first for the Red Foxes since 2019-20, as the 2020-21 docket was ultimately canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The upcoming season also marks the first for Head Coach
Anthony Randall, who takes over the reigns from longtime coaches Larry VanWagner and Melanie Bolstad.

- Marist ignites the campaign with a home meet against MAAC rival Canisius on Friday, October 15th at 10 a.m. In head-to-head competitions, the men's team has won eight straight over the Golden Griffins, while the women have triumphed in eight of the last nine meetings.
- The first road meet takes place at Fordham on Thursday, October 21st at 6 p.m. The men's crew will vie for its fourth-straight win, while the women aim for their first victory over the Rams since 2005.
- October concludes with the Red Foxes hosting MAAC foe Rider at McCann Natatorium on Saturday the 30th at 1 p.m. The Broncs' men's team won the 2020 MAAC title, but Marist bested Rider on the women's side that year.

- The Red Foxes visit Fairfield in a MAAC dual meet on Saturday, November 6th at 1 p.m. The Stags' women's squad were 2020 conference champions, but the men have bested Fairfield in 11 consecutive head-to-head bouts.
- On Saturday, November 13th, Marist resumes non-conference action at Colgate at 1 p.m. The Red Foxes and Raiders last squared off on November 15th, 2019 – Marist won with a combined score of 399-166.

- Marist's only meet will be the annual H2ounds Invitational, hosted by Loyola (MD) from Friday, December 3rd to Saturday, December 4th in Baltimore, MD.

- The Red Foxes open the 2022 calendar year with a return to McCann, hosting Southern Connecticut State on Friday, January 14th at Noon. The women seek their 15th straight win in the rivalry, while the men have won 12 of the previous 14 meetings.
- Marist and Bryant battle in a two-day meet from Friday, January 21st to Saturday, January 22nd in Rhode Island. The Red Foxes have dueled the Bulldogs, a MAAC foe for the men, in each of the last three full seasons.
- The regular season concludes with the final meet at McCann on Saturday, January 29th against Binghamton at 1 p.m. The men's squad has won six in a row over the Bearcats, while the women look to snap a three-meet slide.

- The 2022 MAAC Championships will take place from Wednesday, February 9th to Saturday, February 12th at Erie Community College in Buffalo, NY.
- The 2021 MAAC Championships were canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- In 2020, the Red Foxes both finished in the top-three, second for the men and third for the women.
- Class of 2021 alumna Esabelle Gervasio was tabbed Female Most Outstanding Diver, while current junior Tyler Wenzel captured Male Diving Rookie of the Meet honors.

- The 2022 ECAC Championships run from Friday, February 25th to Sunday, February 27th at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD.
- In 2020, Marist placed second on the men's side and fourth on the women's side.
- On the diving front, Gervasio and Raislan Aiken, '20 defended their 1-meter and 3-meter titles, winning the gold in each and earning Diver of the Meet.

- The NCAA Zone Qualifiers will be from Monday, March 7th to Wednesday, March 9th on Liberty's campus in Lynchburg, VA.
- Gervasio and Aiken were the most recent Red Foxes to participate in the zone qualifiers in 2020.
