Marist Football Prevails at Stetson

Red Foxes Score Three Touchdowns in Game’s Final Five Minutes

DELAND, Florida – The Marist football team earned a 45-31 victory over Stetson at Spec Martin Memorial Stadium on Saturday in a Pioneer Football League game.

Clayborne Fields III scored two touchdowns late in the fourth quarter to lift the Red Foxes to victory, as they improved to 2-1 in league play.

  • Arthur Pinckney intercepted a pass in the first quarter, which enabled Marist to take over in Stetson territory.
