POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – A total of 10 Marist student-athletes were named Academic All-District by College Sports Communicators (formerly CoSIDA), as the honorees for volleyball and football were announced on Tuesday.
 
The volleyball honorees are McKinley Fox, Jordan Newblatt, Morgan Owens, and Sasha van der Merwe. The football honorees are Mike Arrington, Jayson Colorado, Justin Iaccio, Quinn Knox, Brandon Lysick, and Christian Pritzlaff.

Those eligible for CSC Academic All-District honors must be enrolled at their institutions for at least two semesters, meet sport-specific playing time requirements, and have a grade-point average of at least 3.5.
 
Last week, six women's soccer and three men's soccer student-athletes earned this honor.
