POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – Marist men's tennis will be hosting Fordham University this weekend. The match will take place on Sunday, February 20^th at 6 p.m. at the Cross Court Tennis Facility.
 

LAST TIME OUT

-In doubles, Bucknell University swept the Red Foxes, with sophomore Gabriel Castillo and senior Augusto Gonzalez Bonorino losing in the first position and senior Jack Sequerth and sophomore Carlos Vasquez losing in the second position.
-In singles, Bucknell also secured the sweep over Marist.
-In his first career match in the first position, Castillo played well, but ultimately lost in the third set.
-Vasquez battled valiantly in the fifth position but came up short in straight sets.
-Bucknell closed out Marist with the 7-0 victory.
 

SCOUTING FORDHAM

-This season, Fordham is 3-3 and coming off two consecutive losses. Similar to Marist, they also lost 7-0 last Saturday, when they faced Brown University.
-Marist is 6-0 all-time versus Fordham, with their last matchup being in February of 2017. Marist won the matchup 4-1.
