Marist Women's Basketball Falls Short To Rider

Marist Falls to 4-8 in Conference Play

POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - The Marist women's basketball team fell short against Rider on Saturday night in McCann Arena by a final score of 60-50. With the loss the Red Foxes record moves to 6-14 overall and 4-8 in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference play. Rider improves to 6-14 overall and 4-7 in MAAC play.

  • Marist jumped out to an early 4-0 lead, but Rider answered with a 6-0 run to take a 6-4 lead with 4:29 left in the first quarter.
