POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - The Marist Swimming and Diving teams have released their schedule for the 2022-23 season. The Red Foxes are entering their second year under head coach Anthony Randall, who joined the team prior to the 2021-22 season.

 

October Schedule

• The Red Foxes will start their season with a MAAC opponent when they travel to Canisius on Oct. 14 for a meet at 10 a.m.
• The first home meet of the season will come against Fordham on Saturday, Oct. 22 at 1 p.m. in McCann Natatorium.
• The Red Foxes close out October on the road at Rider on Saturday, Oct. 29. That meet is slated to begin at 1 p.m.

November Schedule

• Back home in McCann Natatorium, the Red Foxes open up November with a meet against MAAC opponent Fairfield on Saturday, Nov. 5 at 1 p.m.
• Marist will welcome Patriot League foe Colgate into town on Nov. 11 for their final home meet of November. The Red Foxes and Raiders will square off starting at 6 p.m. in McCann Natatorium.
• The Red Foxes close out November when they travel to George Mason University for the historic Patriot Invitational, which starts on Friday, Nov. 18 and runs through the weekend (Nov. 20). 

December Schedule

• The Red Foxes have just one meet in December.
• Marist will travel to the ECAC Championships for a meet that runs from Dec. 2 through Dec. 4.
• Last season, the men's team finished eighth at the meet, and the women's team finished in ninth place. The men's team finished the weekend with 216 points, and the women's team finished with 197 points.

January Schedule

• Marist has two home meets in January of 2023.
• The Red Foxes will start the new year on Jan. 21 when they play host to Bryant University for a 1 p.m. start in Poughkeepsie.
• The following weekend (Jan. 28), Marist will travel to Binghamton for a 1 p.m. start time at the Patricia A. Saunders Aquatic Center in Vestal, NY. 

MAAC Championship Schedule

• The Red Foxes will conclude the season at the MAAC Championships in Buffalo, NY from Feb. 8 through Feb. 11.
• Last season, the men finished in third place with eight medals and three broken school records. 
• The women's team finished in fourth place, including two first place finishes from Grace Reeves.
