- The Marist men's indoor track team competed at the John Thomas Invitational on Friday and Saturday, and had some impressive performances.

--The Marist men's distance medley relay qualified for IC4As (standard = 10:15.00) with strong legs from each team member:
Tyler Perry,
Easton Eberwein,
Brendan Dearie, and
Chris Paxis.
--Paxis became the second-fastest miler in school history, torching a 28.521-second last lap en route to 4:09.23.Â
--Eberwein popped his first sub-50 in the 400 dash, sprinting to a 49.96-second finish.Â
--Perry drilled down a six-second PR in the 1,000, breaking the 2:30.00 barrier for the first time and finishing 15th in 2:29.11 with very consistent splits
--In the 3,000-meter run, freshman Kieran Donnelly (8:30.75) and senior Daniel Czop (8:31.85) both notched personal-best times. Donnelly improved on his previous best by four seconds while Czop lowered his previous best by more than 20 seconds. Â
--In the 5,000-meter run, sophomore Gabriel Rodriguez ran a personal-best time of 14:49.32 and moved up to 16th all-time in school history in the event. Â
