POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - Marist women's soccer Maddy Catalanotti has been named Bob McCloskey Insurance Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week. This weekly award is Catalanotti's first career weekly award as a Red Fox. 

In the Red Foxes win over Manhattan, sophomore Maddy Catalanotti recorded her third shutout of the season. In Sunday's conference matchup, Catalanotti recorded six saves to keep the Jaspers from scoring. Maddy is currently fourth in the MAAC for saves per game and shutouts per game, along with being ranked third in the MAAC for goals against average.
