POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - Marist men's lacrosse is set to take on Wagner, in search of its second consecutive win. Opening face-off is scheduled for Saturday, March 11 under the lights of Tenney Stadium at 7 p.m.
 

Last Time Out

• Marist defeated Bucknell 14-11 last Saturday.
• JoJo Pirreca scored a career-high six goals, and his second hat trick of the season.
• Hunter Embury tallied two goals.
• Six more Red Foxes scored a goal: Jamison Embury, Joshua Balcarcel, Sam Ferrel, Vinny Butrico, Jake Deacy and Sean Kelliher.
• Butrico scored his first collegiate goal.
• At face off, Matt Fermo went 14-of-22.
• Noble Smith collected nine saves, shutting Bucknell out in the second quarter.

 

Scouting Wagner

• Wagner is 1-4 on the season. The Seahawks' only win came against Queens (N.C.)
• Wagner's leading scorer is midfielder Benjamin Stewart with eight goals on the year.
• Jack Brady is their leading point getter with five goals and six assists totaling 11 points.
