POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - Marist men's lacrosse Matt Fermo has earned a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference weekly award. Fermo has been named MAAC Face-Off Player of the Week. This is the Red Foxes second weekly award for the season. 

Fermo was a key player in the Red Foxes' conference opening game. In the Red Foxes victory over Wagner, Matt Fermo won 18-of-27 face-offs. Along with his .667 face-off percentage, Fermo collected one caused turnover and picked up nine ground balls.
