POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist football team's 2023 schedule and season ticket information were released on Monday.
 
The Red Foxes will play 11 games this season, with five taking place at Tenney Stadium. Marist will have eight games against Pioneer Football League opponents, and three non-league contests.

2023 Schedule

Week One
Saturday, Sept. 2 – at Georgetown

• This is Marist's first trip to Georgetown since 2019.
• This is Marist's second straight season opener with Georgetown.
• This is the 24^th meeting all-time between the teams, the most of any opponent on this year's schedule. The series started in 1994.

 
Week Two
Saturday, Sept. 9 – Bye Week

Saturday, Sept. 16 – vs. Davidson

• This is Davidson's first trip to Poughkeepsie since 2018.
• Marist is 11-1 against Davidson all-time.

 
Week Four
Saturday, Sept. 23 – at Valparaiso

• Marist is 9-2 all-time against Valparaiso.

 
Week Five
Saturday, Sept. 30 – vs. Stetson

• This game is part of Family Weekend.
• Marist is 7-2 all-time against Stetson, with a 5-0 mark at Tenney Stadium.

 
Week Six
Saturday, Oct. 7 – at Columbia

• This is the third straight year the teams have met and seventh all-time meeting.

 
Week Seven
Saturday, Oct. 14 – vs. San Diego

• This is San Diego's first trip to Poughkeepsie since 2018.
• This is the 16^th meeting between the teams all-time in a series which started in 2003.

 
Week Eight
Saturday, Oct. 21 – at Presbyterian

• Marist is 2-0 against Presbyterian all-time.
• This is Marist's second trip to Presbyterian.

 
Week Nine
Saturday, Oct. 28 – at St. Thomas

• This is Marist's second trip to St. Thomas and third all-time meeting against the Tommies.

 
Week 10
Saturday, Nov. 4 – vs. Drake

• This game is part of Homecoming & Reunion Weekend.
• Marist has defeated Drake each of the last two years.

 
Week 11
Saturday, Nov. 11 – at Dayton

• This will be the 14^th straight season the teams have met.
• Dayton is the only opponent the Red Foxes have faced in every season since joining the PFL in 2009.

 
Week 12
Saturday, Nov. 18 – vs. Bucknell

• Senior Day
• This is Bucknell's first trip to Poughkeepsie since 2016.
• This is the second straight season Marist will close the regular season with Bucknell.
• This is the 15^th all-time meting between the teams. The series started in 2005.

 
The annual Marist Spring Football Game is set for Friday, April 28 at 6 p.m. at Tenney Stadium.
