RIVERDALE, New York- The Marist Men's lacrosse team will travel to Riverdale, N.Y. to take on Mount St. Mary's in the semifinals of the MAAC Championship. The Red Foxes and The Mount will face off at 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 4.
 

Last Time Out

• The Red Foxes defeated sixth-seeded Quinnipiac in the quarterfinal round of the MAAC Championship by a score of 29-19 at Tenney Stadium in Poughkeepsie. The 29 goals scored are the most in Marist men's lacrosse history.
• Jamison Embury and Jojo Pirreca led the way for the Red Foxes with eight points each.
• Ten different Red Foxes scored: Balcarcel (one), J. Embury (six), Deacy (five), Ferrel (three), H. Embury (two), Filippetti (one), Kelliher (one), Lyons (two), Bickel (two), Pirreca (six).

 

About Mount St. Mary's

• The Mount closed out their regular season with a 12-13 loss to Siena. They ended with an overall record of 8-7 and a conference record of 7-2.
• The Mount defeated Marist at Tenney Stadium earlier in April by a score of 12-9.
• Graduate student Jared McMahon is leading The Mount in points with a total of 46 (32 goals, 14 assists). He was held to just two points against Marist earlier in the season.
