POUGHKEEPSIE, NY - The Marist women's soccer team tied 1-1 in a non-conference matchup with Seton Hall University. A late second half goal from
Grace Hotaling to tie it up at one apiece.Â
Â
"We have been trying to learn more and more about ourselves each game and I think today we learned the most. We have continuously been shifting our midfield around to find what works best and I think today both in and out of possession we found that," said Head Coach
Nicole Pacapelli. "We spoke at half time about our contagious energy and how we needed to respond better, and I think we did just that to change the momentum of the game in the second half to get ourselves in positions to score. We have been working on set pieces for weeks and it finally paid off."
