SMITHFIELD, Rhode Island- The Marist swim team prepares for a dual meet against Bryant University, Saturday afternoon. The men's team recently comes off a win against Lehigh, moving to 4-1 on the season. The women's team fell to Lehigh in the dual meet, dropping to 2-3 on the season.
The Red Foxes earned three MAAC Weekly Awards for their performances in the meet.
Ethan McCormac earned Swimmer of the Week on the men's side,
April Avila earned Swimmer of the Week on the women's side, and
Kyra Cavicchi won Co-Diver of the Week.

- The men's team defeated Lehigh 140-139 in a thrilling meet, moving to 4-1 on the season.
- Ethan McCormac won MAAC Swimmer of the Week for his three individual first place finishes.
- Adam Zaremba placed first in the 1000-yard freestyle in the win over Lehigh (10:07.17).
- Zaremba earned a second first-place finish in the 500-yard freestyle (4:48.28).
- Ethan McCormac reached the podium in the 200-yard freestyle. McCormac earned gold against Lehigh with a time of 1:41.41.
- McCormac also earned a first-place finish in the 100-yard freestyle in the win (46.81).
- McCormac placed first in the 100-yard butterfly in the win over Lehigh (49.93).
- Jack Cimorelli placed first in the 100-yard breaststroke in the win (58.42).
- Cimorelli placed first in the 200-yard IM, leading to two first-place finishes in the meet (1:56.22).
- The men's relay team consisting of Ethan McCormac, Adrian Bankowski, Christopher Dauser, and Tim Engel placed first in the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:07.34).
- The Red Foxes fell to Lehigh 192.5-105.5 in their latest meet.
- Maddie Healey reached the podium in the 1000-yard freestyle for the Red Foxes. Healey finished first in the race with a 10:46.74 time.
- Healey finished second in the 500-yard freestyle in the meet (5:15.19).
- April Avila placed first in the 100-yard breaststroke for the Red Foxes (1:06.62).
- Avila finished second in the 200-yard breaststroke, leading to two podium finishes (2:29.67).
- Kyra Cavicchi placed second in the one-meter dive (246.60) in the meet against Lehigh.
- The women's relay team consisting of Nellie Thompson, Margaret Hartman, Sophia Swanson, and Rian Dickman placed first in the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:39.37).
- The Red Foxes host Senior Day on Jan. 27 against Binghamton.
- The dual meet is slated to start at 1 p.m.
