JERSEY CITY, New Jersey - The Marist volleyball team was defeated 3-0 on Sunday evening by Saint Peter's.
Sara Dasic tallied a double-double with 13 kills and 12 digs.
Taylor Miller tallied 12 kills.
Katherine Thompson defensively collected 15 digs.

Both teams traded blows early in the first set with the score eventually sitting tied at 12-12. A five-point rally by the Red Foxes would then give them the advantage. Despite this lead, Marist was unable to maintain it.
The Red Foxes would go on to lose the set 25-21.

Though Saint Peter's would get off to a strong start in the second frame, after a timeout, the Red Foxes put the pressure on with them eventually tying things up at 12-12.
Despite this, the Peacocks would go on to take the set 25-18.

The Third set picked up where the second left of, with the Peacocks taking early control, putting the score at 10-4. The closest the Red Foxes would get to tying up the match was when an attack error put the Red Foxes within two points at 11-9.
The Red Foxes would eventually fall to the Peacocks 25-17.
