POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – Sophomore guard Josh Pascarelli of the Marist men's basketball team has been named to the Bracketeer.Org All-American Watch List for non-power conference teams.
 
The Watch List includes 68 players across 22 conferences: America East, ASUN, Big Sky, Big South, Big West, CAA, Conference USA, Horizon League, Ivy League, MAAC, MAC, MEAC, MVC, NEC, OVC, Patriot League, SoCon, Southland, SWAC, Summit League, Sun Belt, and WAC. This season's Bracketeer.Org Non-Power Conference Player of the Year will be announced in the final week of March. A mid-season Watch List will be announced no later than early January.
 
Pascarelli was named a Preseason First team All-Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference selection after being named to the conference's All-Rookie Team last season. He averaged 10.7 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game last season while ranking in the MAAC's top 10 in both three-point percentage (.378, sixth) and three-pointers per game (2.0, ninth).
 
Marist opens the 2024-25 season, its seventh under head coach John Dunne, on Nov. 4 at Harvard. The Red Foxes' home opener will take place on Nov. 15 against Army West Point.
