LAWRENCEVILLE, New Jersey- The Marist men's soccer team earned a point in its MAAC match against Rider, playing to a 2-2 draw with the Broncs Saturday afternoon.

With the draw, Marist moves to 6-7-2 overall and 3-2-2 in MAAC play, while Rider moves to 11-4-1 and 5-1-1 in MAAC play.
- "Playoff intensity battle today. Rider is a good team with championship pedigree, so I was proud of our fight on the road. Had a good chance to see the game out so hopefully we continue to learn and carry the lessons with us. I know the guys are excited about Wednesday and hopefully what's to follow next weekend."

- Rider scored the first goal of the match in the second minute off the foot of Jack McGeechan to go ahead 1-0.
- The Red Foxes countered in the 10th minute of the match, with a goal from Chris Verheul. Verheul's goal marked his fourth goal of the season (second on Red Foxes in goals). The goal was assisted by Caio Cavaletti which equaled the match at 1-1.
- The Red Foxes took a 2-1 lead in the 62nd minute of the match with a goal from Arion Ulaj. Ulaj's goal marked his first time with goals in back-to-back matches for the Red Foxes.
- Rider equalized the match in the 84th minute with a goal from the Broncs' leading goal-scorer, Momo Diop.
- Rider out-shot the Red Foxes 13-9 in the match, and in shots on goal 5-3.
- The Red Foxes earned six corner kicks in the draw.
- Jamie Lowell recorded three saves in the match for the Red Foxes.
- The Red Foxes play their final match of the 2024 regular season against Siena at Tenney Stadium.
- The match is slated for Nov. 6 with kickoff at 6 p.m.
