POUGHKEEPSIE, New York- A flurry of second half goals for Siena was too much for Marist to overcome as the Red Foxes fell to the Saints 5-2 in the regular season finale. The loss snapped the Red Foxes' five match unbeaten streak at Tenney Stadium.
With the loss, Marist finishes the regular season 6-8-2 overall and 3-3-2 in MAAC play while Siena finishes the campaign at 6-4-6 overall and 4-1-3 in MAAC play.

- Siena scored the first goal of the match off the foot of Lee Mara in the 35th minute.
- Marist opened the second half with a goal off the foot of Caio Cavaletti to tie the game 1-1 in the 47th minute. The goal was assisted by Nicholas Sanchez.
- Siena countered quickly with a goal scored by Olafur Freysson to retake the lead just a minute later.
- In the 50th minute, The Saints scored their second goal in a two-minute span off the foot of Cole Hellert to extend the lead to 3-1. The goal was assisted by Olafur Freysson.
- The Red Foxes responded in the 56th minute with a goal by Richard Morel, assisted by Arion Ulaj to cut the deficit to 3-2.
- In the 67th minute, Dren Dobruna converted a penalty kick attempt to give Siena a 4-2 lead.
- A goal by Mario Navarro Perez in the 79th minute was the dagger, giving the Saints an insurmountable 5-2 lead.
- Marist out-shot Siena 15-8, and in shots on goal 8-7.
- The Red Foxes generated nine corner kicks in the match, compared to just two for the Saints.
- Caio Cavaletti scored his second goal of the season in the match and Richard Morel scored his sixth goal of the season.
- The Red Foxes are set to travel to Quinnipiac to take on the Bobcats in the quarterfinal round of the MAAC Championship.
- The match is slated for Sunday, Nov. 10 with time of kickoff TBD.
